Product purchase flow

You can add the item to your cart by clicking the ``Add to Cart'' button next to the item you wish to purchase.

Once you have added everything to your cart, please click the "Proceed to Cart" button to complete your order.

Once all procedures have been completed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you entered.

You can make purchases as a guest without registering as a member, but you will need to enter your customer information each time.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions on the new customer information entry page and registering your member registration information and password of your choice, you can save yourself the trouble of logging in next time.

About business days

Orders for products are accepted 24 hours a day, except during the year-end and New Year holidays.

Regarding shipping of products, we will ship the next day after confirmation of credit card payment completion, or the next business day if there is a store holiday.

The deadline for completing credit card payments and confirming orders is 18:00 every day (17:00 in winter: November to February).

*For subsequent procedures, we will confirm the next day, or the next business day if there is a store holiday.

Regarding product returns and exchanges

When you receive the product, please check the details of your order and any damage or stains.

-Returns and exchanges of products are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. If the period has passed, we will not be able to accept your request.

・We take every precaution in shipping and quality control of products, but in the unlikely event that the wrong product is delivered, or if the product is damaged or soiled, please contact us by phone or email within 7 days from the delivery date. Please contact us by email, etc.

We will accept returns and exchanges at our store's expense.

・Returns due to customer's convenience will be accepted if you contact us by phone or email within 7 days from the delivery date. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if any of the items below apply, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
