自然の色と手のぬくもりが溶け合う、道祖土和田窯の「かけわけ楕円鉢」。益子焼の伝統釉薬をふたつの色で掛け分けたことで生まれるコントラストは、静かな美しさとモダンな印象を兼ね備えています。料理を盛るたびに釉薬の境界線が際立ち、土の質感と色の重なりが生み出す唯一無二の表情をお楽しみいただけます。
安定感と使いやすさを追求したかたち
楕円のフォルムは、皿を並べたときに動きと変化をもたらし、食卓をより豊かに見せます。カレーやシチュー、煮物、パスタなど、一皿で満たされる料理にも十分な容量と深さを持たせ、汁気のあるメニューにも対応可能です。縁の立ち上がりや鉢の深さにより、こぼれにくく盛り付けやすい設計ですので、日常使いにも適しています。
伝統と手仕事から生まれる風合い
益子焼の伝統釉薬（黒釉、飴釉、青磁釉、糠釉など）をベースに、掛け分けの技法を用いて製作しています。高温での焼成によって釉薬の流れや発色が微妙に異なり、ひとつひとつが異なる風合いと表情を持つ一点ものです。手に取ると伝わる土の重みと滑らかな釉薬の質感が、器としての存在感を感じさせます。
「用の美」
「用があって形がうまれ、形があってはじめて美が具わる」という道祖土和田窯の理念に則り、見た目の美しさのみならず、使い勝手を重視して作られています。楕円鉢という形は、盛り付けの自由度が高く、料理を引き立てる背景として機能します。使うほどに味がでる器として、食卓にしっくりと馴染んでいきます。
